These numbers highlight the benefits of home staging across the board. The Statistics of Home Staging
Above, you’ll see the feedback reflects positively on the benefits of home staging. The report showed that there was a clear increase (94%) on the number of viewings of staged properties by estate agents, and that 75% of potential buyers spent more time viewing those staged properties. This increase in turnout and time spent led to increasing the offer value of properties by 83%, which meant that 77% of those who home staged got returns on their initial investment into the service. It’s clear by the numbers that staged home, on average, sell faster, with more interest from buyers, at a higher price than non staged properties.

Even more noteworthy is how the report shows a number of universal satisfaction across the board. While 94% of estate agents agreed that home staging increased the total number of viewings, property developers gave a 100% confirmation of the increase. Likewise, we see that all found home staging made it easier for potential buyers to visualise their properties. They also had unanimous agreement that home staging was a useful marketing tool for getting their property listed and having those professional taken home staged photos attracted more viewers.

The Home Staging Process
We like to make the make the home staging process as simple as possible, so that you understand what you’re getting and can leave the stressful work to us. It’s as follows:
- Upon contacting us about your project, we will gather all relevant information and arrange for one of our team to meet you on site to get a feel for the property. If this isn’t viable then you can also send over a floor plan. This step is so that we get a better understanding of the project and know how to price it accordingly.
- Following on from this, we will be in contact within 48 hours with an example proposal and quote. The proposal will highlight furniture we believe will bring the most out of the property. The quote will priced according to a time period that will be agreed beforehand (the standard rental period is three months, with a separate price for each month thereafter).
- We will send a contract and order confirmation alongside the invoice if you wish to proceed.
- Once payment has been received, we will begin gathering and purchasing the agreed stock from your proposal and issue a fitting date.
- On the day of installation, our home staging team will deliver all items and begin the staging. Once full fitting is complete, we will take professional photos that you can use for advertising your property as soon as we leave.
