Showcasing our beautiful Home Staging Surrey project where the brief was to create a refined, neutral scheme that felt warm and cohesive for this family home. Located in the stunning area of Ripley, this five-bedroom detached house was prepared for sale following a full refurbishment. This home was entering a competitive local market and required professional home staging to help buyers visualise how the space could be used and to create stronger emotional appeal during viewings.

Following the property’s full refurbishment, the empty home lacked warmth and cohesion. The client wanted to maximise buyer interest and achieve a strong first impression online and during viewings. The purpose of our staging was to highlight the generous proportions of the living spaces while also creating a welcoming and refined interior design scheme.

Our home staging scheme included a complete furniture and accessories package throughout the living room, dining room, principal bedroom and four other bedrooms. A neutral design palette was layered with soft textured furnishings, artwork and decorative accessories to create a beautiful timeless aesthetic. Each room in this home was designed to photograph beautifully and impress buyers online and in-person viewings.

Each element in this interior scheme has been chosen with purpose. A palette of warm neutrals and natural textures brings depth and quiet luxury to this interior. The artwork is bespoke for the space and informed much of the design with the colours and textures. Allowing the artwork to inform much of the interior design resulted in a deeply rich, textured scheme that felt elevated and timeless.

The staging completely transformed this property into a warm and inviting home, helping buyers connect emotionally with the space. Professional photography by Renato at Studio Red, captured the interiors beautifully and supported the property’s online marketing campaign. The result was a highly presentable home that stood out within the local market and has since attracted strong buyer interest.
