What is Landlord Dressing?
Landlord Dressing is our one-day service for landlords, estate agents, and rental flats where we touch up your existing property with attractive soft furnishings to be used when it comes time for advertising. If you have several properties needing dressed then we can offer our bundle deals at a cheaper rate.
Appealing photos online make you stand out from competition and increase your viewings – that’s why we want to put our experience with styling homes into properties with existing furniture that need that final push. We will dress your existing furniture with details such as wall art, cushions, plants, rugs, and gadgets to make your space feel more inviting. We’ll hire out all the soft furniture, deliver, fit, and take photographs in one day. On the next working day we will then send through the photos for you to use on your advertisements to attract as much interest as possible.
How It Works
1. Send photos and details of your current property to us.
2. Confirm fitting date with our team.
3. We collect the keys.
4. Dress the property, take professional photos, remove the soft furniture, and return the keys.
5. On the next working day you will receive photos of your dressed-up property to use when advertising your property online.
Terms and Conditions
When done for two or more properties as part of a bundle deal it must be paid up front. Standard prices applicable only within M25. Dressing service includes soft furnishings only. Congestion charge fee will apply if in congestion zone. All soft furniture is removed on the same day. Optional hire period negotiable. For the photo to use on the website, I’ve attached a couple to choose from. If not any of them let me know one you have in mind.
