With a decade of devoted experience in home staging, Chloe plays an integral role in guiding LJ Interiors’ creative vision and client experience. As a key leader within the brand, she combines strategic sensibility with a discerning eye, bringing a harmonious balance of elegance and precision to every project. Deeply committed to both the business and the clients it serves, Chloe leads with clarity, warmth, and meticulous attention. From the first site visit to the final styling touch, she ensures each space is elevated to its highest market potential.

With over 15 years of experience in the luxury property market and a degree in Real Estate Management, Emma brings seasoned expertise and a discerning eye to every project. Having personally sold over £110 million in property, her knowledge of market presentation is matched by a passion for interior design, allowing her to offer strategic, elevated guidance at every stage of preparation.

Kristiana brings over 10 years of experience in streamlining back-end operations with clarity and precision. With a background in Office and Business Management, her structured approach ensures each department functions with ease and cohesion. Quietly efficient and deeply committed, Kristiana keeps the operational heartbeat of LJ Interiors running seamlessly.

Chrysoula joined LJ Interior Design in early 2025, bringing with her a refined energy and a wealth of experience in home staging, interior design, and project coordination. As our Marketing Manager, Laura is the creative eye behind our brand’s visual storytelling. She curates beautiful imagery and engaging videos for Instagram, ensuring every post reflects our signature style and showcases our best work. With a background in the film industry, she brings a trained eye for composition, detail, and atmosphere to every frame. Her love for photography and videography shines through every post, inspiring future clients to imagine the possibilities for their own spaces.

With over a decade of experience in warehouse management, Josh ensures the smooth operation and ongoing care of LJ Interiors’ extensive furniture collection. Known for his sharp eye and calm efficiency, he oversees logistics with precision. He coordinates every detail to keep projects flowing seamlessly. His commitment to excellence plays a vital role in maintaining the high standards behind every installation.

As one of our Installation Leads, Tomas brings a calm, methodical approach to every project. With a practical mindset and a sharp eye for detail, he ensures each item is assembled and placed with purpose. He thrives on the hands-on nature of staging and takes satisfaction in the behind-the-scenes work that makes a home look its best. Reliable and solutions-focused, Tomas plays a key role in delivering polished, high-quality results on every installation.

Hugo is one of our two Installation Leads and plays a key role in bringing each project to life. With a strong skill set in furniture assembly and a hands-on approach, he ensures every item is installed with precision and care.

Hugo has a real passion for the transformation process — seeing an empty space turn into a beautifully staged home is what drives his work. His attention to detail and commitment to quality help deliver the high standards our clients expect.

With a background in both luxury home staging and executive-level support, Honey brings a calm, capable presence to her role as Concierge Coordinator. Her experience across the UK and Europe has shaped a refined, responsive approach to client care. Known for her efficiency, warmth, and attention to detail, Honey ensures every request is handled seamlessly. Her dedication to service makes her an integral part of the client experience, delivering a professional, polished, and consistently attentive touch.

With a strong background in warehousing, Conor brings his skills to LJ while also enjoying hands-on work on-site. In the warehouse, he is vital to helping with stock management and the correct loading and unloading our vans, while also supporting the installation team on larger projects on other days. Conor thrives in a team environment and enjoys adding humour to the job.

With extensive experience in luxury home staging and interior design, Alina brings a refined and thoughtful perspective to her work at LJ Interiors. Her approach is guided by a keen eye for detail and a clear understanding of each project’s vision and objectives.
