Well, I think it’s safe to say that none of us could have predicted what 2020 had in store for us. We can’t believe how quickly this year has flown by though and we were only reminiscing about our January annual planning meeting the other day. Considering the year we have had we have met our goals and targets for the year which we are so proud of.
We successfully moved all of our inventory from one warehouse to another in October and we couldn’t be happier with it. We have so much more space and everything is organised which has made a huge difference to our efficiency. We have a great warehouse team now, who make sure on every installation and removal day things go as smoothly as possible.
Although we haven’t been able to attend any trade shows this year we have managed to find some new fabulous suppliers and have subsequently grown our inventory by quite a lot! We are constantly on the lookout for new interesting pieces to use in our designs so each install is different and on trend.
Overall we have had an exceptionally busy year albeit the circumstances and our team have adapted to the changes so well. Here’s to whatever 2021 throws at us – Go Team LJ!!
