The first few weeks of 2021 have been busier than we originally thought and a number of our clients have now also sold their properties which is great news to start the year with!
We have seen an increase in the amount of projects which we have taken on outside of the capital. This is due to a lot of Londoners deciding to move out of London during the pandemic for many different reasons, such as no longer needing to commute and the heightened desire for more outside space. Agents and Developers in the home counties and even further afield are seeing more need to dress properties in these areas to be able to sell them quickly and to ensure that the buyers feel they are still getting the “Luxury” properties which they have been used to in the city.
We’ve also been staging a lot more second bedrooms as “work from home offices” as this is one of the main things buyers are looking for when moving home at the moment. Whether there is a space designed for an office or we make one out of the spare bedroom, creating a visually appealing, cozy design can help sell a home.
